You will get a full refund within 30 days of signing up if you want to cancel. A money-back guarantee is included in all web hosting plans. However Money Back Guarantee policy does not apply to services such as: Domain Registration, Domain Renewal, Domain Transfer, Dedicated IP, Dedicated SSL Certificate, Dedicated Servers, VPS servers, and Web Design services or to Renewal of any Hosting Products and any third-party products/services. Money Back Guarantee policy also does not apply to products/services if there is no money-back guarantee information is not included in the product/service description. Cancellation of the service after the 30 Day money back guarantee Period:

All subscription-related products/services will renew automatically until it is been requested for cancellation. If you do not want to renew your service/products, you must cancel your account by placing a support ticket. Please make sure that all pending invoices should be cleared in full before applying for cancellation.

WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CANCELED, WE MAY REMOVE ALL COPIES OF THE WEBSITE AND E-MAIL FILES ARE PERMANENTLY AND IRRETRIEVABLY FROM OUR SERVERS UPON ACCOUNT CANCELLATION.
